The Lençóis Piauienses crossing is an excellent option for those seeking adventure and adrenaline. You will explore a vast dune system that stretches from Lagoa do Portinho (PI) to the Dunas do Coqueiro (PI). During a half-day activity, you will ride along trails, climb and descend dunes, and discover surprising landscapes, finishing with a refreshing swim in a lagoon. The tourism company QUADRI & AVENTURAS is one of the most highly recommended operators in the region and is responsible for organizing the tours. Departing from Barra Grande toward Lagoa do Portinho, the route should be taken via BR-402. The distance is 69.8 km, and the travel time is approximately 1 hour and 4 minutes.

ATV tours start in Parnaíba (PI), very close to Lagoa do Portinho lagoon.
At the meeting point, you will receive instructions on how to operate the ATV. A guide rides ahead showing the route, while you follow on another ATV.
Tours are scheduled in advance, so booking is required.
Daily departures:
Morning: from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon: from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
For the crossing tour, departure is at 9:00 a.m., with return at 6:00 p.m.
